Colleary Construction is managed and operated by Dara Colleary who has worked extensively in the construction industry for more than 25 years and is a recognized and respected member of the construction community in the greater Boston area. Before launching Colleary Construction, Dara had twenty five years of experience in the building and general construction industry. Dara Colleary retains a Construction Supervisor’s license in the State of Massachusetts and is registered as a Home Improvement Contracting Company (HIC) with the State of Massachusetts. Dara holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and is registered as a Civil Engineer EIT in Massachusetts, is LEED AP and OSHA 30 certified. In addition, he has extensive experience in all phases of development, from site selection to design, working through the permitting process, working hand-in-hand with architects, sub-contractors and homeowners, implementing construction plans, seeing projects to completion. He is particularly committed to building highly durable, quality-built homes that utilize high-efficiency systems.
Dara Colleary is married with 3 children and currently resides in Belmont, MA

One Dalton Four Season's multiple private residence. Floor plans ranged from 1,000 - 4,500SF.
High end luxury apartments overlooking Fenway Park. Ground up construction including below grade parking garage.
Luxury apartment building, high end finishes. Ground up construction, LEED Gold.
Renovation of 1920 Belmont townhouse. Included structural modifications and complete gut renovation. Maintained original detail of the house including reuse of the existing stained glass windows.
Repositioning and restoration of a 1900 textile mill to muti level apartments. The project included significant structural upgrades and masonry restoration throughout the building.
This was a complete gut renovation including dropping the basement slab and a significant two story addition.
As part of the overall construction of the One Dalton, Dara Colleary also oversaw the construction of the Four Season Presidential suite.
This project was the gut renovation of a town home in a paritially occupied multi family home. The project also included structural upgrades and basement slab replacement including foundation wall moisture mitigation.
Renovation of an existing 1920, multi level private home. Work included removing the existing roof and framing to allow for two story extension.
The repair and restoration and of the LDS meeting house on Brattle Street in Cambridge, MA following a devastating fire. The work included complete structural upgrades while supporting the existing masonry veneer. Replicating original trim details and complete interior restoration.
Ground up construction of the NMR Buddhist Temple in Raynham, MA. Claimed as the largest Buddhist Temple outside of Thailand, work comprised of the construction of a 3 story monk residence and 4 story temple.
New construction of a LDS meeting house on 3rd Street in East Cambridge. Work included significant below/at grade parking garage and two levels of meeting and worship spaces.
